About Me
My California roots have been temporarily moved to Norman Oklahoma where I am pursuing a degree in advertising and minors in French and general business. Even in my final year at OU, I'm constantly asked why I would leave beautiful California for Oklahoma. My answer is simply that I love going places I've never been and pushing myself out of any comfort zones. My hope is that my future career allows me to experience new things often so I can continue growing.

In the past two years, my switch from business to advertising has provided me with the opportunity to pursue a career I'm genuinely excited about. An advertising media class kickstarted my passion for media planning and I continue to focus on that in my classes. After graduating in December, my hope is to find a job as a media planner at a full service agency, hopefully ones with the opportunity to transfer to offices abroad in the future.
Work Experience
May - August 2018
As the Local Audio/Video Investment intern at RPA in Santa Monica, I worked closely with the local buying team to keep them updated on the status of multiple reports. I conducted tracking for three cities using a new Nielson program, then compiled and presented my findings to the team at the end of the summer. I also worked with the media planning team on La-Z-Boy where I helped with market research and participated in meetings.
March 2017 - March 2018
During my time as the marketing and social media intern at Among Friends Activity Center, a non-profit for adults with special needs, my responsibilities include updating the Facebook page, creating content for the monthly newsletter, and overall converting the corporation from paper to electronic sources. My goal was to give AF a greater online presence and spend time with the clients.
May 2017 - July 2017
While interning at Unbiazed, a digital marketing agency located in Southern California, I was responsible for creating content for not only our clients but the company itself during the website renovation process. Additionally, I worked on assignments revolving around Google Analytics, PPC, SEO and email marketing.

Aix-Marseille Université
I spent a semester at Aix-Marseille Université in Aix-en-Provence, France. During my time there, I took a full course load in French to contribute towards my French minor.
